Beef cheeks are the ancestral cut—collagen-rich, deeply flavourful, and built for low-and-slow cooking. We cure them in our signature pastrami brine, then smoke them until the bark cracks and the meat surrenders.

Each 2-pack is a complete experience: rich, tender, unapologetically nose-to-tail. Finish them in an oven or air fryer, shred them into sandwiches, or slow-braise them into something entirely your own.
