Shipping Policy

Every Primal Foods order is packed and dispatched from the UK.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched the next working day. Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery options

• United Kingdom: Royal Mail Tracked, 2–4 business days, £4.95.
• International: Royal Mail Tracked International, £10. Delivery times vary by destination.

Free delivery over £60

Spend £60 or more and delivery is free. The discount is applied automatically at checkout, so there is no code to enter. This applies to every destination we ship to.

Tracking

Every order ships tracked. You will get a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders follow exactly the same dispatch times, delivery options and £60 free delivery threshold as one-off orders.

Customs and import charges

For orders outside the UK, any customs duties or import charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
